Why should I book using this website?

By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

2.00pm. But please contact us if you plan to arrive earlier and we’ll see if we can make your room available.

What time do I need to Check-out?

Is generally 10.00am.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, we are happy to arrange for a late check-in. Please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 6pm.

Parking?

We have allocated parking for one car per room directly in front of your room. Extra parking is available should you have additional vehicles – please ask at Reception.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Villa Nova Motel are non-smoking – we have a designated smoking area.

Do you have a restaurant?

We don’t have a restaurant, but there is a fantastic Chinese restaurant right next door.

How close are you to the shops?

2 minutes by car to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre where you’ll find over 150 shops (including Target, Kmart & Big W) and supermarkets Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and an Event Cinema Complex

How close are you to restaurants?

Villa Nova Motel is within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, Fasta Pasta, Nando's, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. Please refer to the in room Compendium for more information, or ask our friendly reception staff.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Our standard Cancellation Policy is that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time, and one week during peak times and events. For cancellations received less than 24 hours or one week during peak times and events, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Do you have room service?

Unfortunately, there is no room service at Villa Nova Motel.

Do you have free wifi in guest rooms?

Yes, free and unlimited NBN.
